Business Process Review:
Deliver a comprehensive audit of a customer’s current operation and an in-depth look at the state of existing technology compared with existing and available technical solutions. Provide recommendations and alternatives based on customer’s business needs.
Develop an RFP based on the agencies business requirements, state and federal compliance and local procurement rules. Provide counsel and recommendations throughout the selection process.
Provide knowledgeable and professional program management throughout the deployment process from requirements specifications to final system acceptance.
System Upgrades and Enhancements:
Develop upgrade/enhancement justification, gap analysis, risk review, and transition plan from existing technology to new and enhanced solution
Independent System Test and Performance Evaluation:
Assess current system performance against customer’s current business needs and vendor’s contracted requirements.
