Frank Vanecek
Through more than 30 years of law enforcement experience, Frank has emphasized quality solutions that incorporate value and sustainability. As Agent-in-Charge with Colorado Bureau of Investigation, he led a team to replace the state’s 20-year-old AFIS and upgrade biometric modalities. As Cal-ID’s Manager for San Luis Obispo County, Frank oversaw AFIS, Livescan, Mobile ID and Face programs for 14 cooperating law enforcement and government agencies; he has also served as a Latent Examiner.
